The service

ChauffHer provides the app that connects riders and drivers.

Accounts and conduct

You must give accurate information and use the app lawfully. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts someone at risk.

Payments, fees and cancellation

Fares are in US dollars and rounded to whole dollars. ChauffHer’s platform fee is 12% of the agreed price. You can cancel a ride in the app. Refund requests are reviewed by support. A refund is never more than the fare you paid.

Governing law and disputes
